It's gonna be funny to look back in hindsight if Stanton was the reason we couldn't make big FA splashes for good pitchers. And the funny thing is that we don't even need him offensively.

Nah that's Ellsbury. I mean Stanton could still come back and contribute but he has big negatives attached to him like his k rate and the fact that his contract might be the reason why the Yankees aren't able to get the starting pitching they need.
