not to sound negative but low key i just knew this was gonna happen. why the brass thought big maple was enough i have no idea. love this team's camaraderie and fire but at the end of the day it's all about arms if we want to be serious world series contenders. we have got to address this man. jesus christ

Nah, breh you right. And it will be their wrongdoing. Now they may not even get anyone now because either the asking prices are over the top high or nikkas want to be petty (Jays and Mets).

Breh this is what I feared would happen . We blew the opportunities that only cost money and maybe a pick

My Pops Forever RIP
The issue they had was not signing Corbin. fukk any other option. They had a guy there. Pay like you weigh. Otherwise, I really wanna know who ttheir department said "wait for THIS guy to become available."

This is baseball's equivalent of Danny Ainge having all these assets and saving them for absolutely no one.

With that said, I don't know how these guys will perform in October outside of Tanaka. The answer to THAT problem MIGHT be on the team already, but not knowing sucks.

They need to start developing their pitching from the bottom and do a better job of conditioning and coaching.
Something is odd with all the injuries that’s not normal . They gonna have to make some changes this offseason in this department.

This is what I've said to myself many times. Either you shell out the money for the good pitchers available or you use your elite asset to acquire them. Yankees wanted to do neither and were hoping for a miracle that they could bargain shop their way to a good rotation. Someone in that FO is delusional as fukk and I think it starts with Steinbrenner and Cashman.

Here's the problem that I have: They don't wanna spend big money on quality starting pitching, yet they don't wanna give up their best prospects for said pitching.

Can't have it both ways.

Have you read the rumors breh...the Mets and Jays are asking for fukking Torres. Cashman had said he's willing to deal his prospects . It's that the other teams are being petty.

If they get anyone it's going to be Ray watch since he won't cost much. :smh:

But how many bats do the Yanks need? They should think about trading a bat for a starter :manny:

Stroman to the Mets....for "pitching prospects." But these Toronto and Mets idiots wanted us to part with Torres....They can all hover in mediocrity for eternity.

Cashman did this to himself when he refused to sign free agent SPs (Corbin, Dallas), and would rather trade with unreasonable GMs. No idea why he thought Happ was the option.
