The recruiters are the ones who are eating if they're submitting them at that pay rate. And four months? They're going to get exposed quickly if they have no prior experience. It's one thing to learn, but its completely different to actually apply it to a real world setting. I'm learning more everyday with the projects I do.

not really, the employers know what to expect and it's beneficial for them to take on less experienced devs at a lower rate and allow them to grow within the company. It's usually a better arrangement as juniors are malleable as they aren't necessarily married to doing things a certain way.

lol exactly. OP gotta be in the Bay area or NYC. I dont see any company with sense hiring someone who only did a 6 month code camp at 60 an hr
