I am from ******* and would like to work with you on scheduling your first interview for a Technical Consultant-North America.
What is your availability for a phone interview? Please note that the evening (EST) is usually better on Monday thru Thursday as our interviewers are typically at our customer sites during the day. On Friday's our interviewers are working from home, and available to interview during the day. When responding with availability options, please include your time zone.
There are up to 4 steps involved in our interview process.
1. 1st phone interview (Both the 1st and 2nd interviews will cover their consulting background and skills, project management skills, packaged software implementation and technical skills.)
2. functional test (gain insight into your overall technical capacity)
3. 2nd phone interview (will cover what the 1st interviewer didn't have time to cover)
4. Face to Face interview (with 2-3 interviewers, usually lasts approximately 3 hours and takes place in Chicago)

1. Are you open to travel? Our consultants are away from home 3 nights per week.
2. Current salary or desired salary?
3. Availability to start a new position?
Take a guess what I said to #2 ?
