There is truth in this. The only issue is that asians fight amongst themselves as well. See the way Japanese and Koreans get along for a good laugh then throw the Chinese into the mix for extra fukkery. One thing that helps latinos is that they are united by a "common" language and, to an extent (all specifics aside), a common culture and use that as a means to further gain leverage in regards to issues. Asians do this as well, even when similar dynamics (different specific cultural practices) exist.
Ultimately, both groups are willing to put money behind their issues (as seen in different initiatives in various universities under the concept of Hispanic Serving Institutions and related programs) and are willing to operate on code, meaning they are willing to be unfair for the reason of promoting their own in part to increase the power of their group but also to insulate one's own self from problems in the future. The latter is especially important since I've noticed many black people get hung up over that or only have a head for that when it comes to staying on code along gender lines. For a group to actually be on code, all aspects should be working together instead of working only for their micro-groups.

but the reality is, white folks control the money and they already have a plan in place to make sure these other groups don't gain the freedom they think they are getting. Regulated digital currency is going to change the lives of everybody. There won't be many more people getting rich through the financial system once that hits. They will make sure of that.

This is why I've always said, it ain't the time to be weak or entitled. This is how competition works. Workforce is competition.
Everyone likes hanging on other people's accomplishments and accolades but they don't count as their own. You got to compete yourself in what you do.
That means for every single American (many dumbasses with weak wills to boot), there are two+ top 10% performers/potentials around the rest of the world.
I learned this working in software because a lot of those people want the same spots we want. Remote work basically opened the flood gates.
Remember: legislature/congress is full of people taking money from these corporations asking to open up the borders for more and more talent.
You can either rely on that same legislature (
) or grind and skill-up yourself. That's basically it.
No ones going to do the work for you and being a keyboard warrior ain't work.
This topic really should be met with a reply of "No one cares. Work harder." because the real world doesn't meet you halfway.

Keep in mind that many black and brown folks coming from Europe as well come from the hoods there, that accent don't make them soft.
That means a lot of talent overcoming obstacles and solving problems the average entitled American living in the suburbs don't got to deal with are coming across those borders.
There's a lot of competition and they ain't going to slow down because their competition (U.S citizens) need a breather.
At the end of the day, these corporations want the best talent because they're competing with rival corporations as well.

That means it's the time for you yourself to step up.

The blood, sweat and tears and work in the civl rights movement that our ancestors and parents/grandparents/great grandparents etc put in to get us equal rights in this country and seeing how other minorities have piggybacked off of their work and turn around and disrespect us does not sit well with me.

OP, those of us who know what needs to be done have to stop wasting our time with the people who just want to divide and argue about the same tired ass debates. They actually get energy and an adrenaline rush going back and forth repeating the same talking points. They feel like they putting in work.
We don't need every Black person to get on one accord at the same time. We have enough like minded Black people throughout the diaspora to make moves right now. You gotta connect with them and tune out the naysayers who have a problem for every solution.

Ok, what is a Latino? It’s a bunch of different races of people that speak variations of one language and have similar naming customs.
My point is, “Latinos” are an invisible enemy, in my eyes and are just going to move like how they move in their own countries.
The white Latinos are going to integrate with the CACs here like they’ve been doing.
And guess what? They treat the black Latinos terribly in their own country like CACs do to us.
You think that, say, a white person from Argentina is going to unite with a black Colombian here in the US?
