because they said the same thing about not caring about specs pre wii U and look how that turned out.at people worrying about specs that haven't been revealed yet.
Yes, The NX will not even have specs. It'll just be a cardboard box that says "NX" on it. The games will be imagination cards Nitnendo sells you.

You don't know what your talking. Nintendo having large cash reserves has nothing to do with the future of the company
NX flops, investor lose confidence, they will fire everyone and reshuffle their Vision
And also specs mean a lot when Nintendo has to get the most popular games (3rd party) back on thier system so they won't go through the droughts that kills every Nintendo owner enthusiasm
They need to just bite the bullet, have an ass console for a couple more years and then release something on par with the competition. A console where you could get Nintendo games and non-gimped 3rd party games would sell immensely. They would have to have a decent online system too though, which i really dont trust Nintendo to have either.
Sad thing is reggie is just the messenger. It seems like NOA is doing amazing things considering their position in the market. The changes need to be from top to bottom.
