They are fine without that overpaid non shooting chucker. Conley has stepped his game up and their defense will always keep them in games if they can't score

As i said im not a huge fan but hed go on scoring runs to carry them at times,Grizzlies dont have many guys who can create their own shot or shoot
their bench is one of the worst in the league and the players they got for Gay aren't good
:dafuk: Bayless and Pondexter are adequate. And fukk Gay their offensive output is the same without him. Now you don't have to worry about him taking shots away from Zbo and Conley

zbo will run straight down the court into the paint straight thru his defender then turn, face and lock his defender helplessly behind him securing perfect post up position (that shyt shaq always talks about on tnt) he does this everytime... but what do the memphis guards do? stare at him like
and then swing the ball to the other side of the perimeter 
tayshaun's dumbass will look right at an open zbo but then'll shoot a contested 20 footer instead
