Its probably not a service dog. Service dogs are for blind people and people that have seizures. or people with mobility issues

This is likely an emotional support dog, which is just for people who want an excuse to bring their dog with them everywhere they go.

she clearly not blind, and as fit as she is i doubt she has seizures or mobility issues either. (would be hard to get those types of gains if you passing out all the time.)

What is it with Latinas and oversized accessories. Maybe it's a Texas thing, but I've seen a gang of 4'11" Mexican broads driving F250s. The young/cute ones stay having dogs (not service dogs) damn near as big as they are.

Why a 5'0" 110 lb broad in my neighborhood need a German Shepherd or a Bully/Rott mix. Seen em where the dog might as well put a leash ON THEM.

I see an answer in your question. Reads to me like it's not just short men who like big vehicles and big dogs. For a female standing 5' and less. I can understand why she would want a big dog for protection. And not some little purse size Chihuahua with a nasty attitude.
