not sure what to make of kvon to be honest. it was somewhat telling at his lack of snaps all the way until the mcleod injury. even epps getting more snaps than him is concerning. i dont see him as anything other than a rotational piece atm but a strong offseason and a DC who believes in him could easily change that.

Idk. Eagles like to sit rookies until it’s the last option.

I think Lurie wants Press Taylor outta here (and doesnt trust Doug ability to coach his coaches and get on them...which is a fair criticism from what I heard) and Doug want to keep him...I also wonder if Luries think Doug should give up play calling
if they fire Doug...my hunch says they promote Duce to HC so Lurie can hire a real OC ( Since Duce never called plays- he wont demand that duty)

He's a SS and not a FS (McLeod and Epps play FS). He didn't get snaps bc Jalen Mills got the SS snaps. Wallace played when Mills moved to corner. Wallace was solid as a rook but he still has a long way to go. Excited to see how much he grows over the summer. There's just no telling what scheme the new DC will run and how they use the SS.

That's my biggest issue with Doug, all of his in-house promotions the last three years have placed coaches above their competency level while the offense has gotten worse and worse.

Lurie's paid almost $60m of that Wentz extension out of his pocket already, watched him collapse this season, and Doug wants to promote the QB coach this happened with

a head coach should be allowed to choose his staff and live with the consequences, but how can Lurie hear this and not hit the WOAT 4 win season with a WOAT QB regression and the plan is to promote from within the staff that oversaw all of it
