All lebron does is complain to refs every time he crab walks to the lane.

Claim to be a goat but complain about playing 82 game seasons smh. Willingly take games off and wishing for a 60 game season is what today's supposed goats want now?

When you saw D-Wade against the Mavs in 2006, that was the Jordan treatment.

You don't see Lebron getting those type of calls, nor did Kobe for much of his career.

You knew everytime Jordan drove to the bucket a whistle was coming.

If somebody got kaj 1 I can respect that if they really watched him from the jump. His early years and prime were before my time though. I watched mj from the get go. College, olympics, beating the nba stars team, whole Chicago career, everything. He was that great. Just like I've watched Kobe and bron. They're not as good. I respect Kobe for being the competitor but mj was bigger, faster, stronger, better finisher etc. lebron has had too many small moments in his career. Even now Irving is the one with the cold blooded willingness to take the shots. Lebron don't even wanna shoot free throws mane.
Kobe isn't even Top 10 all-time.
He can't be in the discussion with Jordan. Ever.

As far as Jordan's career...
Lost in the 1st round 3 years in a row.
Then lost in the ECF 3 years in a row.

I only mention that to say this: if Lebron James...in this day in age lost in the 1st round 3 years in a row, then failed to get to the finals the next 3 years...he'd be DESTROYED by the fans and media.
Jordan ultimately went on to 6 Titles and an insane legacy. Great for him.

Lebron has gone on to 3 titles since that Dallas Mavericks disaster. He's doing great.

MJ would win his 4th NBA title in his age-32 season. (Yeah, the retirement. I know...)
Lebron is in the middle of his age-32 season and has 3 NBA titles. I'd say he's been amazing.

...especially if you're one of these new school cats who argues that the 90s were watered down and today's league is better... :troll:
(I'm not making that argument, but I had to troll a few certain posters)

Lebron would get roasted because the Eastern conference is so weak. It took him leaving, joining wade n gettin bosh to win a ring. And they still lost 2 finals, in embarrassing fashion. The mavs came back from down 2-1, schooled them on their own court. After the miracle Ray Allen 3 and getting his 2nd ring, they were thoroughly beat down by the Spurs with bron crying about cramps n shyt. Even last year it took a green nut punch and suspension along with bogut out and a Irving cold blooded 3 to get his 3rd.

He ain't slick. He wants the season shortened so he can go more years to try catching mj. Lol at a supposed goat actually not wanting to play games.

Mj has so many moments of showing up when it counts the most (not even a game 7 in any of his finals) whereas bron has too many small moments.

You guys know that in the Jordan era, the hand check rule didn't exist? Who in here knows basketball? If the answer is yes, do you even know how insane that would be to place a rule like that with Jordan? They implemented that rule as soon as he retired for good.

What wasn't mentioned publicly was Kobe and MJ's relationship. You knew Kobe was obsessed with Jordan's game, going as far as wagging his tongue like him, but Jordan was his mentor. They would breakdown everything together. You almost have to give Bron more props, because even though Kobe is considered the "closest" thing to MJ, 32 year old Bron is arguably the greatest in his era. Could you even imagine Mike being Bron's mentor?

As for the topic, Lebron stans think he is the GOAT right now, so the story of "Air" is a myth. "How could Bron surpass him if people exaggerate Jordan more? As soon as Bron have 6 titles, he'll immediately surpass him." That's the problem. The man did it all, but soon he'll have so much pressure to win 6/7, that I could see his love of the game diminish.

He was being a dikk but he's not lying about the way people mythologize Jordan. What's funny is you're probably going to see more guys like him do that in the future. Those reporters that were in their 30s and 40s during Jordan's run are becoming less and less prevalent simply due to age.

Don't see LeBron catching up to him because some of that shyt can't be excused, especially that 8 points. But we can bring context into the situation like the athleticism of players at the time when Jordan and Pippen played versus LeBron's era and how I'm sure a lot of players would have been able to adapt to hand checking because that's what humans do. I'm just saying that I agree in how we tend to gloss over Jordan's failures whenever he's compared to Kobe or LeBron.

This is interesting because you would assume bron would shoot a lot less FTs because he takes so many more 3s than Jordan
