You gotta teach your kids to throw hands.
Especially if you got a gay son.
This is his parents fault for not making him emotionally equipped to deal with bullying.
Bullying is not new and happens to everyone. You have to train your kids to deal with it.
Not only that, if your kid comes home with a mark on them, you need to be at that school raising holy hell til the roof comes off.
RIP to the lil breh

Black lives matter says it well enough. We don't need the don't forget the fat ones, the skinny ones, the short ones, the moist ones side movements

:russell:

The agenda rolled out that fakkit in a dress to shyt on nikkaz and that failed now they have been non-stop with this attempt to take away attention from the overall cause.

There's a ton of bullying awareness and outreach.

Easy to say, if you have groups of people fighting you several to 1 and you have no one to back you, you will be outnumbered.

And I dont care how strong you are when you have no one in your corner as your agemate and feel alienated, its hard.

So many other factors we dont know so its hard to speak on this, but at face value the school was in the wrong was in the wrong for not taking this matter seriously.

My thing is: the treatment of LGBT is increasingly more a cultural issue more so than it is systematic.

So in this case, who and exactly what are they protesting against?

After the civil rights act of 1964 passed, black activism shifted less toward trying to change legal policy and more toward awakening Black minds and reaffirming Black Personhood/Self Determination.

In a post legaization of gay marriage world (therefore recognizing the legitimacy of LGBT), LGBT need to realize that's THEIR next step.

Instead of trying to hijack an movement that's targeted toward changing legal institutions and operations that reinforce the continued violent abuse of Black folks.

How is it not systematic if they’re being killed by the same enemy?

Cops kill LGBT for being LGBT nowadays? :comeon:

The state is gentrifying LGBT neighborhoods? :comeon:

Decades of generational poverty and oppression has constructed a capitalist abattoir that grinds up LGBT at the same rate as Black folks? :comeon:

Now I'm not saying they live an easy life :hubie:

But the amount of institutional hurdles they face compared to black folks isnt comparison as they can hide their fakkitry.

By and large, It's a cultural battle they face
Whereas we need our entire system of law and markets to change for us to get a completely fair shake.
