We mostly agree that offense has evolved in the NBA. How come it hasn't in college basketball?

Even with top 25 teams, I see offensive struggles, missed wide open threes, below average free throw shooting, struggles finishing at the rim, etc.

Obviously, every team can't be as efficient offensively like Alabama, but man, I've seen more than my fair share of terrible offense this season.

B) Coaches know the best/strongest players will leave after 1-2 years. So they'll put winning over development.
