I'm a meat lover I like my steak medium rare. I also eat it A LOT. My family loves steak as well, as well as other red meats. They also eat it a lot. But maybe we need to slow down?

• Sausage, luncheon meats and other processed meats also increased the risk.

This is common knowledge, but it's something you don't think about everyday unless you actually read up on it. I'm trying to lead a healthier lifestyle in 2016 because even though I exercise, I need a balance for my diet, but I eat trash every other day.
