I'm trying to commit to eating meat no more than twice a week. Read Dr. Fuhrmans The End of Dieting and was following his guidelines pretty well up until thanksgiving last year and lost 10 lbs and felt phenomenal. He has some pretty well backed research regarding meat consumption in his books as well as website. I suggest y'all check him out

This is common knowledge, but it's something you don't think about everyday unless you actually read up on it. I'm trying to lead a healthier lifestyle in 2016 because even though I exercise, I need a balance for my diet, but I eat trash every other day.

It's more deeper than meat that's killing folk and activating diseases/cancer. It boils down to HOW we are cooking our food. Read up on meat/food related Advanced Glycation End products(AGE) and disease. Folk are overcooking their meats and consuming products that are killing us slowly.

Black folk gotta slow down on eating overly well done food. Grilling/frying meats has to be done at a minimum and we need to start steaming and boiling more proteins
