I'm a meat lover

I like my steak medium rare. I also eat it A LOT. My family loves steak as well, as well as other red meats. They also eat it a lot. But maybe we need to slow down?
- A National Cancer Institute study of 500,000 people found that those who ate the most red meat daily were 30 percent more likely to die of any cause during a 10-year period than were those who ate the least amount of red meat.
- Sausage, luncheon meats and other processed meats also increased the risk.
- Those who ate mostly poultry or fish had a lower risk of death.
This is common knowledge, but it's something you don't think about everyday unless you actually read up on it. I'm trying to lead a healthier lifestyle in 2016 because even though I exercise, I need a balance for my diet, but I eat trash every other day.
