Jim in his mid 40s and lifts weights like every day

if he don’t do cardio and hasn’t hit the bag in a while then it makes sense

give him a month

Any man that got exposed as badly as you did would just go away. But you have no shame you filthy liar. Living vicariously through others...

What am I talking to you about honour. You don't even have a life so you need this forum to spill your lies.

Look at you. Can't even show your face around here without eating 250 negs. I guess it's better than real life where people slap and spit on you.

You like to get bullied you deranged mf?

Very valid points. I don't know Wack, so I'm not gonna speak on him or try to discredit him.

I'll say this as someone who's trained for several years on and off in the gym: If you've been training for over a year, your chance of winning in a fight are much much higher. And I'm talking serious training. Not the shyt where cats just post up videos hitting the mitts and bags and are just doing cardio workouts. If you've been seriously training for over year, you should be well into sparring. If you're sparring then you're definitely built for real life shyt. It may be controlled to a degree, but you're still going to be taking hits and can get beat the fukk up. After enough sparring you become comfortable using your skills engaging in a fight. Especially because when you're playing keeps, fight or flight really gets activated.

I'm far from a tough guy, and haven't been in a street fight in 10 years (too old to be looking for fights) But I know if push came to shove I'd be able to use what I've learned in training to hold my own. Especially since I've seen plenty of fights in the streets and see how wild alot of cats fights: poor technique, sloppy ass punches, chin out. The advantage definitely goes someone who's been training because they know how to throw proper punches. That's where the levels come in to play :manny:
Question when should a fighter start sparring I want to start boxing next month and the last gym had me sparring on day fukking 4 smh
