Actually besides predicting 7 championships, I'd bet there were many people (PR, agent, Nike etc) telling a very impressionable teenager to embrace all of those things.

With that being said, I'm a Lebron fan but that doesn't mean I think he should've embraced all of it but he was a young kid coming from nothing that's much easier said than done. My biggest issue is his lack of heart and will to win right now it's disheartening as a fan of his and sports in general.

Both are wrong though. nikkas with his gifts making the kinda money he's making never warrant sympathy for on court shyt (save injury). At the same it is petty as unrealistic as fukk to expect a star athlete to be Mr. Humility. It's all about liking or not liking because most nikkas will cop every plea in the book for a guy they like and will actually feel sorry for him.
