I'm new to this lifestyle. School + work throughout the week and then you try to live it up on the weekend...

shyt been sustainable for the 4 or 5 times I did it. But yo its a wear and tear.

I feel like I wouldn't be mad on a Sunday that the next day is Monday if I spent my Friday's and Saturday's actually smelling the roses.

Working and studying hard, just to party hard by going out to social events and being mad drunk adds up so fukking fast. I'm not ready for the week at all because I feel like I haven't mentally and physically unwind yet.'

I totally get why older heads don't be so eager to go out anymore and the way they live is so much smarter.

Work hard all week.
Plan one night out of the weekend with a small group of friends to come over to sip and jam out
spend the other two days taking care of extra business, relaxing with their girl/family/alone time.

I prefer weekends as an adult because I have the resources to buy or do things instead of being subject to the whims of, ‘do I have a ride’ or ‘do I have enough money.’ And I fukking hated that Sunday night feeling of having a week of school coming.

Funny as hell how much people will drown in debt to stunt on social media.. Especially if theyre not being paid to do it

I feel you but no, most are not. Y’all really gotta understand traveling ain’t shyt. Some of these people going into debt, but if you don’t got a good job, good credit, paying your bills.... you ain’t about to get any loan or credit card that’ll afford 3-4 trips a year.


I’m saying this for y’all who living this life.... USE YOUR fukkING VACATION TIME!!! Stop wasting that shyt. It’s free money and time. And don’t wait for a week long vacation. Take 1 day off and make 3 day weekends. Do it around a holiday and make 4-5 days off, with only 1 day used. You can give yourself 1-2, 3 day vacations a month, and only use 24 days a year.


Now about the money. These people are buddying up. 4-5 to cheap room. Cheapest room they can find. Eating light. Throwing in on shyt. Not doing expensive things. But they are in Mexico, PR, Cali, Caribbean, cruises.....

They are there. You see them there. You don’t know they sleeping 3 to a bed, eating street food and missing every excursion.

For $200 a person, 5 people could be living it up for 3 days somewhere. Hotel 80 a night for 240 total. You got 700 and change to blow on everything else you need.

These jobs give you benefits. Like time off. Use that shyt. Give yourself breaks if you dying by Friday night every week.

Stop letting these jobs pimp you. Flash the cash (vacation) in front of your face, but give excuses why you can’t use it yourself. You get the flu suddenly and it’s no problem to miss work. Get better. But you try and schedule 1 day off, 3 months from now, and it’s excuses and “busy season” and “work will pile up” and “who’s gonna cover you”


That’s not your fukking problem. You earned the time. Use it. And it’s your companies obligation to cover it, not you. All that “we’ll find someone to work for you” is a lie and bullshyt


Please y’all. Stop killing yourselves out of fear of losing a job. You got 2 weeks vacation, that’s two weeks of pay they aren’t giving you, and you also pissing down the drain.

You don’t even have to do anything. I schedule random days off to sit at home and relax. fukk working myself to death.

I thought you had to serve 20 years to get pension?

Well yea that was the old system , they actually just changed it to where every service member will get a pension, called the Blended Retirement System (BRS). It sort of works like a 401k. So before they could kick you out at 12 years or w/e and you wouldnt get shyt. Its a little different but at 20 years you get 40% instead of 50%, but regardless of how many years you did you'll definitely get something.

But what she gets is disability. Ima tell you know people finesse these cacs and im fine with that. Somehow she got 100% disability so i googled the payout and its around 36k a year. I dont think she works like that (at least for now) she just travels. I aint mad at it but she 25 with 36k a year for life. Out here finessing.

i work in sales/vending. Ive worked 12 days since the beginning on sept. Made just over 5000. Single with no kids in fla. Punching a clock is for important people with educations such as doctors and engineers.

So many of the shift workers i see are so angry. For instance, i get a sub from publix and one of the deli workers was complaining about a co worker being late. It was 1135, she was supposed to be there at 1130.I see this poor girl walking into work as i was leaving, i felt so bad for her.

Grown man shyt, weekends are whenever i want them to be, i work 2 days a week maybe 3 if its busy. Took some risks and a lot of hard work but once your business becomes succesful the payoff is worth it. people are scared of jumping off the hamster treadmill society tries to put you in, ive seen it, people who couldve networked with me, instead they working 2+jobs trying to get ahead. Ubering after work

fukk that job nonsense find something that youre good at, market a product and sell it. Find a way to stand on your own. Or, spend your adult yrs complaining about "adulting" and "weekends". Asking another adult for "time off"
