I seen a video from the NO that had people in it talking that blood talk but I really don't remember what I was watching so I can't prove it. Someone already pointed out that they got Bloods on in NO East though. Just look at it like this, they got boods and crips worldwide thanks to hollywood and this rap ish. The NO aint exempt from it especially when the biggest rap artist to ever be from there claiming it.
