Slow down homie I already know that. I don't got nothing twisted I never said it's the sole reason. the real NO is exempt tho, these no east dudes is dudes who live in good areas, go to good school, and dont get into no trouble, claming something when nobody in the city respect them or even cares bout them, they been claiming that shyt since before katrina, and they had many documentary on the city and crime and hood and they never was brought up, and in every doc they state theres no gangs in the city

Yes there would be gd's in the city. That's exactly how alot of the gangs get started. A group of a few friends seeing something and emulating it. Next thing you know it starts getting serious and it spreads. Most of this worldwide bloods and crips stuff didn't start with dudes from Cali going state to state country to country teaching each hood how it works. That has and will go down but 9 times out of ten it's exactly what you described above.
