They knocked us off four hours (10 AM) before (I was there) and some Black breh cursed the foreman out there. I worry because I know how two faced Mexicans can be (no racism). The only ethnic group of Hispanic origin that I've had issues with. I don't hate nor dislike them, but they are hard to get along with. Even Cubans are cool to work and socialize with. I was lifting boxes on the first job through this temp. This is the second job I've had through them and I've been there 3 months.

Lots of states have exceptions for temp hires. Companies will sweet talk you all the way up to that deadline then lay you off to avoid paying you full time wages benefits. Happened to my bro in law.
