I think it was real and I also think that it was a PR move. First of all, her eyes indicated that it was real. Her eyes were going in different directions and she had slurred speech. She is not an actor therefore if it was fake she would have turnt it up a notch and we'd notice that it was bad acting. On the other hand, I think it was a good PR move to keep it in the show. As we know, her show like a lot of other day time talk shows are pre taped, sometimes they tape two episodes in one day. And, knowing all of the backlash that she has been recieving lately for talking shyt about ppl this would bring her both sympathy from the industry and the public and it would also get her more viewers for future shows which would thus keep her as the number #1 day time talk show host.

I don't think it was fake either, but why even include this in the show. Attention whoring something that could have seriously put you in the hospital or worse???
