I have a field with a dirt track close by and its full of hot women working outDirt paths are the optimal paths.....I believe. Less pressure on the knees or something like that. Though, I'm sure there is some running shoe technology out there.

This feeling is unbeatable, will gradually increase the miles considering I haven't jogged in a year. How could I ever stop, going to revise my diet completely as can't lose this feeling.


at bay so long when I compare myself to my friends who don't exercise.Not big on running, but 10 - 12 miles on a bike, 3 - 4 times a week is a good feeling.

I run on grass bike and swim to compensate for less running.
that sounds like a good formula for life in general; gain and trimGained like 10 lbs cuz i was focusing on lifting the past 4 months. Now I'm cutting and I been running and eating better and lost that 10 lbs but looks like I maintained a good chunk of the muscle. Maybe I'll try to bulk again around march and cut again in may. I'm doing pretty good so I may as well gun for the single digit body fat considering I'm on track anyway.
