I love jogging by the lake, but stopped doing it bc I'm trying to gain weight, not lose it.

5 miles is the minimum distance I will run (about 4 times a week). even outside in the winter.

I'm convinced that running has allowed me to keep :flabbynsick: at bay so long when I compare myself to my friends who don't exercise.

Not big on running, but 10 - 12 miles on a bike, 3 - 4 times a week is a good feeling.

I used to bike as well, but biking doesn't give me the same intensity workout-wise as running does.

when I run, I will break a sweat even in the dead of winter. that doesn't happen when I bike usually.

Gained like 10 lbs cuz i was focusing on lifting the past 4 months. Now I'm cutting and I been running and eating better and lost that 10 lbs but looks like I maintained a good chunk of the muscle. Maybe I'll try to bulk again around march and cut again in may. I'm doing pretty good so I may as well gun for the single digit body fat considering I'm on track anyway.
