It’s a testament to how unhealthy and shyt this country is that people are calling basic protein and complex carbs dog food

90/10 ground beef and rice is about as easy and healthy as you can get. Id add some broccoli or green beans on the side.

I'm all about getting my protein but I don't meal prep. I like to eat something different every day.

Sauteed trinity. Black pepper.
Paprika. Cayenne. Garlic. Sea salt.
Maybe a fine-chopped yellow pepper.
If I got the time, I substitute ground beef with gizzards.
