Just ate it for lunch….cheap and easy meal prep.

Literally, I make about 3 pounds of ground beef and just use it during the week and then repeat the process when I run out.

this is as stupid as "girl dinner"...i mean, ground meat and rice been around forever, why are we naming it something stupid, especially when things like "dirty rice" been a name for the dish

What a gay ass name for some ground beef and rice But I make this with brown rice all the time. Add some cherry peppers, shallots, garlic, ginger and some soyaki sauce and its a well balanced meal. It’s also good with ground turkey and chicken. Also make tacos out it too.
