Houston to LA like I'm Robert Horry.
Stats are about the same when you factor everything together. Jameis more passing yards, Mariota more passing TDs. Mariota more rushing yards, Jameis more TDs on the ground. Both got the same amount of turnovers, 14 for Mariota and 12 for Winston.

Both doin' good, but it comes down to W/L record and Winston got 'em doubled on that 6-6 compared to 3-9. :manny:

That's a team statistic though. I give big props to Jameis for being able to guide Tampa to that record, but it's silly to make that a huge factor when their statistics are similar and Mariota has played two less games.

Uh, this team is a 1 win team without Jameis and especially with Lovie Smith so yes in this context it is valid that Jameis winning ways notches him over Mariota

I didn't make it a huge factor, but when the stats are so close, something gotta be used to differentiate the two.

How has Winston widened his ROY gap today even though Mariota had a 4 TD game?

If anything it should be closer :heh:
