That may have been it.I know I was jamming thuggish ruggish way before the video/single came out.

Yeah, the EP, Creepin On a Comeup, came out a couple months after Thuggish Ruggish hit radio.

It had that and Foe The Love of Money on it.

They made that the second single right after the EP dropped.

Thinking back on it , That song wouldnt go as far it did without Tasha's vocal... Still would be hard as fukk but that singing really added gravitas to it..


I remember this being the one of the 1st rap song to give me chills. That, LL's "I'm Bad" and Pac's "Ambitionz az a Ridah"

well.. yeah... i know, wild thought here :hubie: but back then, artists actually composed real songs :wow: they actually sat in studios and made actual music :mindblown: crazy I know :mindblown: imagine artists actually inputting things they think would make a song better :troll:
