It varies from city to city though. DC and NYC are also hella safer than they were in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's.

Well, you got Sac, Fresno and Stockton too. Stockton has ranked among America's top ten most dangerous cities many times in the past 10 years. I know some areas of SD must not be sweet either. I feel like it's comparing apples to oranges. The gang shyt is definitely more serious in Cali across all races. Cali is the Tigris and Euphrates of gang culture. In the Bay, the Nortes and Surenos stay killing each other over a cultural beef. Nortes from Northern Cali don't like Surenos because they think they are fobby. Surenos don't like Nortes because they think they are Mexican wiggers. They not even killing each other over money. Same thing can be said of a lot the turf violence with blacks in the Bay and gang violence in L.A. Bay nikkas do kill each other over money and drugs too. But out here on the East Coast, money is the motivator behind the murder rate unless you are talking about MS-13. You have acts of disrespect fueling the murder rate too, but to a much smaller degree.

But the East is more ghetto as a whole in terms of urban areas because it's a much older part of the country with crappier weather. Jersey, alone, got hella ghetto cities like Camden, Trenton, Newark, Paterson, Irvington, East Orange etc. Compare the overral murder rate of the average East Coast city to the average West Coast city, and the murder rate is higher in the East. But this is only because many East Coast cities are more ghetto as a whole.

Yeah media be lying . There is a number of blacks that has moved more inland and to places like Palmdale and Vegas . But for the most part nikkas is there to stay .

Break this down for me because I'm legit curious. I know in the Mission you have Nortenos and Surenos but I thought Surenos are supposed to be from Socal? So they move up to the Bay and rep Sureno? Seems counter intuitive
