TYRONE GA!
This is exactly how you lose a game. Just can't have this and expect to win. They both sucked and choked at the end. They don't have a championship pedigree.

Yup. Don't let Sabo off the hook when it can be argued that he was more of the reason they lost last night than KD down the stretch.

The loss is on both of them equally. Both missed some shots and had some turnovers that you just cant have at the times they did. Russy is a beast but it's time to move him to the 2 guard spot and for them to find a point guard who can bring the ball up and set the offense up and hit the open 3 when need be. Know way do I want the ball out of Westbrook's hand but a Patrick Beverly type of point guard would be good for them.

There you go with that surface shyt.

Bron took like 35 shots a game and shot 39% from the field...31% from 3pt range. His scoring numbers were hot air.I was more impressed with his reb & asst numbers. It's a miracle that he was able to average 9 asst with the squad Cleveland put out there.

But as far as scoring, his numbers are overrated in that regard

Anybody who watched the Finals saw how Bron looked when Iguadala guarded him.Had a whole lot to do with Iguadala winning Finals MVP.

Fukk a stat sheet.Numbers don't lie, but they don't tell the whole story, neither
If you avg 36ppg 14 boards and 9assts nobody is locking you up that is bullshyt..

Spin it however you want but Bron dominated that series :mjlol:

To me, high efficiency and dominance goes hand in hand.Efficiency reflects how "unstoppable" you truly are.

Bron was on some high volume shyt(scoring wise).I know it might seem unbelievable, but it was a struggle 36 ppg.Hot air...if I threw a cup of kernels at those numbers, I'd have a bucket of popcorn.

Stop. He shot like shyt throughout the playoffs and was playing 1v5 in the finals.

He's taking much better shots this postseason & for the first time in his career doesn't have to take over every playoff game. He already murdered Demarre Caroll, Iggy will get the same treatment in the Finals.
:dwillhuh:

Stop what exactly? A poster said this -

"Yeah Iguodala locked Bron up he avged only 35.8 ppg and 14 rebs and 9 assts in that whole series..."

I simply provided a bit of context to the argument and showed tape of Iggy guarding Bron all throughout the series and what his %s were when he guarded him.

Iggy is a far more intelligent and stronger defender than Caroll.

Are we going to pretend like Westbrook didn't take stupid ass shots and ruined the team's rhythm?

This has always been OKC's downfall imo. He needs to slow down and realize that he has a team around him. The warriors win because they know how to slow down and get everybody positioned and set up plays. Westbrook always just runs off with the ball and tries to score, leaving everybody behind. When he's on, he's great, but once he misses a shot, he falls apart and ends up dragging the team down with him. He had an awesome run last last night, but after he bounced that dribble off his foot in the last couple minutes, like clockwork, they fell apart.

What did avg in the series in totality??
The point is when Iggy was guarding him he was containing him. He can't guard LeBron on every possession in every game, especially when he was handling the ball so much in the first place. LeBron got his #s by having a high activity level in that series. When you're an elite player and you take 32 shots a game you're going to put high scoring #s.
