so I guess this is sort of the Hall and Nash folks wanted but just add Benny
Liuttle different I think. Hall & Nash 2 is WSG and Conway all produced by Alchemist. Who knows if it'll ever come out.

I like the idea of this project because the production is really creative. It's all the Griselda rappers but they had Beat Butcha make a bunch of music for Daringer to sample. So the whole album is no samples at all because it's on Shady, and produced by Beat Butcha and Daringer.

:jbhmm:Beat Butcha and Daringer on production so far I'm liking a lot. Maybe more than typical Daringer stuff. Having Butcha make the soundscape for Daringer to chop/loop it and handle the beat-making portion seems to be a killer combo. I guess this WWCD album is going to be all produced by them 2. At first I was hoping Pete Rock and Alchemist would be on there too, but honestly I ain't mad at Butcha and Daringer at all.

Their beat catalogue so far is dope. Dr Birds and Chef Dreds in particular remind me of some old RZA shyt. Hell, I even thought Dr Birds was the Criminology sample at first. And Chef Dreds reminds me of something off Liquid Swords.

:whew::whew::whew:

I know Daringer didn't do this one...the pace is too fast :russ:
Right? That's what I would've thought too breh, but he did it. :leon:

For this entire WWCD/Shady album because they can't use samples, Beat Butcha is making music for Daringer to make beats with. So every beat on this album is Daringer chopping or looping whatever sounds Beat Butcha cooks up.

That off-kilter/wailing vocal sample seals the deal...that's straight RZA :wow:
Yes!

And there's another sound in the beat that reminds me of this too. I don't know if it's a conscious decision for the 2 joints so far to have heavy RZA vibes but I'm really fukking with it and I'm kinda hoping the whole album sounds like this.

Now people understand why folk been saying these nikkas need more uptempo shyt with drums? This shyt is one of the best tracks I've heard from these nikkas and that's saying alot because they make alot of dope shyt. Like others have said before, this sounds like some mid 90s RZA shyt for real.

Exactly. The slow beats are cool here and there but all of them individually as well as together sound best on more uptempo shyt.
