Yeah, WSG should rap like G Rap more often. I was immediatelywhen his verse started.
Can you or someone (maybe @old boy or @tuckdog ) explain to me where Flygod is an Awesome God fits into everything?
So I know the Hermes series are officially billed as mixtapes, right?
And his 2 official albums are Flygod and Supreme Blientele, right?
Flygod is Good All The Time and Roses are Red are both EPs, I think. They're super short.
I guess Flygod is an Awesome God is also a mixtape? It just seems to stick out like a sore thumb because it's not in his regular mixtape series and people seem to talk about it quality as if its a level above most of his projects. Is it an official 3rd album following up SB, or is it just a mixtape that people like more than most of his other mixtapes?
Also, Hermes 6 is pretty much considered the best in he Hermes series, right? I've always liked 2 a lot. 5 was my least favorite. 3 and 4 are both good and I'd say are close. 1 is so early that it sounds different than the rest. Do most people agree with that?
wondering the same thing myself bro. i assumed that awesome god was actually an album which like you said would be gunn's third. loving his discography so far, high quality rap shyt
and very unpopular view but my favorite hermes is actually part one with my all time favorite gunn song messhall talk. that story at the end about mushing tom ford at his own show while he was chopping it up with karl lagerfeld never gets old lmao. they should have recognized who he was man, c'mon you know he was gonna get in his feelings
