Yeah that shady deal is a move they will regret...i give it a year until they either cut they losses and move on or they start dissing the label due to unhappiness...mark my words !

this video should've been out a few weeks after it dropped around March, they are due for another single. they touring so maybe after they will get back to it.

The official press release on the Shady site said that the Hall & Nash 2 project by Alchemist would come first, but honestly I could see G.O.A.T. dropping first at this point. There's also a project they made with Just Blaze, and so the timing of the Machine Gun Black video is interesting. Gunn had an Instagram post that said Hal & Nash 2, the Just Blaze project, and G.O.A.T. were all going to drop in 2017, but I doubt that will happen.
I'm not sure the order, but Gunn did say that he wants his next solo project to be the last thing that drops. he wants Conway to drop first and then Benny, and he wants to play the background. So I don't think we'll get a proper follow up to Flygod for a while.

I'm not sure though. because this is a Just Blaze joint, and the Hall & Nash 2 is 11 joints by Alchemist that they recorded over a weekend.i'm guessing this is their first single for it so it makes sense
This may just be a single for the Just Blaze project, or it may not even be for an album. I always thought this song here was just a random song they let fly.

I really hope not, and I have some confidence that it'll be okay, because it's just a distribution deal. Also, Westside Gunn said he was working on the deal for over a year, wanted full creative control, and he seems like a smart guy, and not someone to make a stupid deal.
On the other hand, Shady/Interscope has never really been a good place for anyone in the long run, so I also have a nagging feeling that it's not going to be a great deal.
I'm 50/50 on it. I think they'll keep creative control, but I just don't want projects getting jammed up. Griselda has good momentum and the time to strike is now, because the iron is hot. They need to make sure that G.O.A.T. drops this year, and ideally Hall & Nash 2. If they can drop both of those this year, then I'll feel better about the deal.

Conway and Gunn have played a lot of joints from it on Instagram over the past 6 months, and Schoolboy Q is on there and some other guests. They've played snippets of a good 6 or 7 joints from it. And again, the Shady press release made a point to mention the project by name. The shyt they played sounded fire, so I really hope it drops sooner than later. Gunn talks about it here at 1:12

Dope. Definitely hope this comes sooner than later. I also loved to hear Westside say they are sticking to their grimey sound.
Do the snippets exist anywhere still? I saw a couple instagram links but the posts had been deleted.
