That team has cultural issues that can only be addressed by hiring a new coach IMO. Is the Italian Stallion getting fired? Probably not. But I don't see how he has the juice to switch things up in training camp or practices and gets guys to buy in. Especially with Kelce gone, Cox likely gone, Graham gone etc.

Well it was kind of assumed Shannahan was the brains of that operation,meaning he was the bus driver. Like if Andy Reid loses coaches,there would still be expectations.


I dont think Sirianni had that kind of respect or was talked about as some genius. Now its been made clear he might be a good head coach. But hes going to have to find the right people to put in the right places. Or maybe they just need a little time. Jalen kinda got figured out,although he was hurt and limited imo. He wont look the same next season.
