I moved out at 28. I started saving a ton of money when I got my first job out of collage when I was 23. So while all of my friends were moving out, I was stacking my money for 5 years so I could get ahead in the long run. It was one of the best moves I've made. Was able to put down a good down payment on my house, damn near bought my car straight up and paid off my student loans. Black people are the only people that's on that "When you turn 18 GTFOH shyt." It's a stupid mentality that we need to change. Especially in this bad economy we have faced over the last 5 years. Its a different world now.
