At 21 moms kicked me n my brother(19) out. Kicked him out and moved alone at 22. (We had a good time but dude was just too irresponsible I had to do everything for him n then he kept getting fired so I had to pay rent on my own. I wish I could've went away to college after HS n stacked some serious paper but moms was gon lose the house n u know how it is. I really wish she had a better head on her shoulders at times. Could've helped alot. But it's motivation for what I need for my kids

18/went to college

if i knew the economy was gonna tank a few years ago and a college education (in most fields) was gonna be worthless in present day, I woulda stayed in NY and got a job/experience and stacked $$$$. Everything I know now thats relevant to my current job I taught myself on the computer sooooooooo WTF was the point of being in school besides getting outta NY, the social life and the bytches?

Moved back in with my moms and them because they needed/need help with the bills and shyt (which my and my sister split) and I've been here a couple of months. Finally moving out in a month since the crib I'm moving into is undergoing a gut renovation and is still in the early stages. Cant wait TBH because I have all this stuff in storage (a new bed, my TV, my Roku, etc) and I'm basically living out of bags. Thankfully my one "luxury" is my computer but I need to be with all of my stuff in one place at the same time.

Helping out your fam is flat out stressful and wears you the fukk down after a while. I know that they don't get how much effort/stress I deal with at work (plus the long hours) and they seem intent on being ratchet until the end of time. The one plus about it is not having to shovel away all this $ on rent on my own place every month but sometimes its not even about the $. You get your own shyt and pay for piece of mind, quiet and knowing that you have somewhere to go at the end of the day. When i turn the key in the door of this place I'm at with them, I have no idea who/what I'll see on the other side.
