Uncertain grounds
I stopped shortly after wcw died and wwf failed to integrate the wcw guys. Then I picked it back up a few years ago because there was nothing on tv at the time and I was bored. I watch bits and pieces every now and then but I can rarely sit and watch a whole show

i stopped all wwf programming after phoney ass hulk hogan and andre the giant ripped me off of my hustling money as a shawty for mania iii.
i only watched nwa after that.
then, i stopped watching wrasslin originally when the wcw nwa merger became to confusing to keep track of.
so somewhere around 1992.
then, i came back for dean malenko, rey and jericho.
when hogan came to wcw. i quit watching again.

i did not watch after that for five years or so.
till somewhere in the scsa visit brian pillman house era, intermittenly.
where raw was unbearable past scsa.
so i turned it off, and really only came back after i discovered goldberg and felt it was a callback to the era i missed out on.
when nikita koloff faced magnum and then turned face.
except this time i was going to learn how and why things took place in the wrasslin ring and i became a well studied smart.
which lead to me writing rants and reviews of matches in full that included the style of work and the setup of the rant from the begining to illustrate what type of work it was as well.
i took another break for five years after the whole he who shall not be mentioned occurred.

then, i did not watch wrasslin for another five years till roh tv on directv debuted.
which was/is the best freetv wrasslin program quality wise that ever aired.

every show was five stars and every show was a five star free show mainevent, before danielson was raided.
which eventually lead me back in spurts to the other promotions and of course following nigel to tna.
along with danielson to wwe where i again quit watching wwe because of the bryan firing.

did not re-tune back into wwe till danielson was rehired.

I only seriously watched wrestling from '97-'01 (aged 12-16). By the time WCW tapped out to WWE, I knew I would be done with the shyt. I was certainly pro-WWE but Vince no longer had any "competition" and I was already losing interest in them anyway. They officially lost me with the whole Invasion angle.

I tried to give it another go two years later for about a month. I just couldn't do it. lol I especially couldn't get into a CAC waving his hand and talking about thuganomics. :francis:

Around the time of the brand split, when they purchased wcw. Wrestlemania 17 was the last one I saw for a while. Would still watch random ppv with my friend at a local bar but wasn't as into it. I remember the Vince and Trump match and that event but not much other wrestlemanias. Took like a ten year break and got back into it at the end of summer of Punk. Not as active a viewer these days.
