Let’s go with men
I say 50 - 55
It's kinda selfish to have a kid when you have a high chance of dying before they finish high school.
Men.... 40
Women 35
Why do you say 40 for men?
Only because of the age difference. Also your avg / everyday 40 yr old man is not physically in shape at all to run after small children.
BTW I'm around 40 myself, but I'm in great physical shape. I'm just being realistic.
The problem is there's a greater likelihood of genetic abnormalities the older you have children. Biologically speaking you should have kids in your 20s but people don't have the funds and likely not in the right mindset.
I'll agree with the people that say 35-40 for women and probably late forties for men, but its probably better to have before 45, shyt I'll even go 40, cause honestly I think forties is pretty late, by the time your child in his twenties you're too old
To be honest I don't know to much on the topic I'm sure a breh on here who studies biology/genetics can provide better information. I think generally speaking under 40 is better, but I think it's more to do with age of the mother. But I'm speculating haven't read up on this since collegeAt what age for a man before you risk your children having genetic abnormalities? I am 33 years and I might want to have children one day but I won't if I get a certain age and have to worry about genetic abnormalities. WHat would you say is the cut off age for men?
