Almond milk instead of cow milk, way more nutritious so you don't need as much.
Bread is for sandwiches and burgers garlic bread and pizza, but I don't eat bagels or gourmet bread like some people, never bought sourdough or rye bread from a store.
So yeah, that kind of diet is a key
Yeah but there is a difference between sugar from fruit and sugar from a donut, u can't survive without sugar u do need some but what u need is the sugar derived from fruit and such in moderation, not frosted flakes or cakes and pies and honey buns that's garbageeverything has sugar breh.. not just "sweets"
