Not even trying to play you but think about it. It's ok to no fukk with your father like that. But to actually hate him (unless he did something extremely bad like sexual abuse or kill someone you love)... I think if you just don't fukk with him, the manly thing to do is to just distance yourself from him both physically and mentally. The hate makes him stay on your mind. It's feminine imo because the hate is like you yearn for him to treat you a different way... instead of just accepting things for what they are and moving accordingly.
