What are some books you'd recommend to your 20-year old self?

Manufacturing Consent - Noam Chomsky
Capital - Thomas Piketty
Basic Economics - Thomas Sowell (should have done even better in my Econ courses, a 5 hour read condensed everything I did those 4 years in the major)
Outliers - Malcolm Gladwell
I'm not too far past 20 so most of my reading was prior, but there are definitely some solid concepts I hadn't come into until more recently.
There's also a book on private equity and investing that put a lot of things into perspective for me as well, when I find it I"ll link to it.

I read each of these books at different phases of my life and all of them left a profound impact on how I view myself and the world. Books are extremely powerful. They take you to another world. As you can tell from the list I am interested in a wide spectrum of topics. I do not discriminate when it comes to what I read. My advice is to always be open minded enough to read anything. You will have a much richer and fluid perspective of reality as a result.
