What are some examples of treadmill NBA teams?

right, the previous few seasons they were for sure. i thought this was about current teams who will be stuck with the rosters as they are now

Even with this current team they'll be treadmill status. Al Horford missed 50 games this past season. They'll once again be a playoff team this coming year. They were a .500 team with Al, which is always good enough for a playoff spot in the east...Which keeps them middle of the road aka treadmill.

Atlanta Hawks-no star
Denver Nuggets-no star
Chicago Bulls-injured star
Minnesota Timberwolves- no youth development
Brooklyn Nets-old as hell
New York Knicks-no depth
Toronto Raptors-still young

These are teams who are routine 5-8 seed playoff teams who can win 50-60 games in a season but due to the way the rosters are set up you know they won't go much further...To be honest the teams need to make moves to improve.

In the NFL Cowboys, Bengals, steelers, Bears, Chargers, Jets seem to be those teams
