I have 35-40+ bodies at least 30 were women I didn't like (anywhere from that much to at all) and only 1 remains a woman I didn't come to realize was trash.
There is never a perfect time for anything. At all. If you really want something just go out and get it don't tell yourself "ima wait till this or that" or give yourself qualifiers. Just go out and do it. I'm still below 30 but there's a lot of things I missed out on or delayed because I put arbitrary qualifiers on myself.
Success at something new or important usually requires a tremendous amount of rejection or effort to drag yourself to the finishing line.
It takes more time to recover from years of letting yourself go versus the time and effort to be generous and take care of yourself from the start.
To an extent if you want something bad enough you will find a way to get it.
Don't overcomplicate things, just get started. Some things really can be reduced to simple actions you just have to trust in your competence to navigate the many small points. Somewhat applicable... I really wanted to learn fast touch typing. I probably spent hours researching the whole thing. Now that I have a high WPM I can say that the only thing a learner needs to do is type faster. That's it.
It's difficult to survive in the world without confidence whether it's real or fake. Just saying to yourself "I must believe in myself because if I don't no one else will" is not true self belief and at worst it's actively being low self-esteem.
Always have conversations documented or wait until there's a witness before raising important topics whether it's family or at work.
Sometimes it's good to live multiple lives.
Keep negative people out of your life
Never forget where you came from or your motives - always keep that fire burning.
Passive aggression will get you nowhere unless you're willing to back it up with real action when the time arises.
Cut out narcissists from your life.
