The Leftovers. Don't get me wrong now, the show was consistently good. Season 1 was good, but it didn't wow me......

While it's up and down now...I jumped on TWD train late af. I think they were on season 4-5 when I started watching, binged the first 3 from netflix then been watching since

Spartacus: Blood and Sand
I saw the pilot, then I dismissed it as a bad 300 ripoff with worse special effects.
Weeks later I started reading online that it was actually good. I can't remember if I had episodes building up on my DVR, or if I watched them on Netflix, but by they time I got to the end of the first season it was one of my favorite shows.

I started breaking bad after 5 seasons. Power, Spartacus, and narcos after 1 season. Black mirror after 4 seasons. And my favorite show the wire after 4 seasons

Breaking bad at the break before season 5b...i honestly only watched it after a friend recommended it telling me “its that guy you like from seinfeld” meaning Tim Whatley/Walter White lol...if he was never on seinfeld i probably would have never watched it.

I marathoned the first 4 eps of breaking bad and literally fell asleep...bailed on it...folks still insisted I watch it so I did a few weeks after and stuck w/ it
spartacus looked like a shytty low budget 300 w/ the horrible blood splatter effects the first 2 eps...bailed on that shyt too...continued to watch it @ the urging of friends...the show really picks up once the spartacus character scores his first win and “embraces” his role as a gladiator...I’ve watched the entire series 4x since
