It really depends. I went to high school with a bunch of wealthy kids. I graduated from Grosse Pointe North. Kids of retired Detroit Tigers, Red Wings, brain surgeons, old Mob/Mafia money, etc. Porsches, Rovers, Wagons, and Audis in our school parking lot was the regular (I drove a Cavalier haha). Anita Baker’s son went to our rival school, known as Grosse Pointe South. He was a square.

One of the kids who drove a Porsche Panamera looked and dressed like a straight up fukking bum. He wore the same dusty jean jacket and torn up Air Force Ones EVERY fukking day. If you saw him on the street, you’d think that he was a poor anime nerd from some random trailer park.

Another kid lived in one of the nicest houses in all of the Grosse Pointes. Right off of Lakeshore/Jefferson next to Lake St. Claire. He looked like a bum, and him and his sister shared an old beat up Jaguar. They were Persian.

These people were wealthy, so it really just depends on the individuals and their priorities.

i know a construction company owner in Florida who has his own yacht and plane. Most understated white man youll ever see.

Drives a Ford F-150 that he bought new like 3 years ago, and his house is a modest 3 bedroom home with a nice pool.

But he owns a resort in the Bahamas, flies his plane himself there every other week, and spends 6 figures a year travelling with his wife.

I would agree that its the subtle shyt. He has a small modest home, but extremely nice furniture. 60K gun collection in mahogany cabinets. A rolex watch but its a small face with no diamonds.

I was at the general manager of a tv stations house this past weekend(black man) He was on some mtv cribs type shyt. My dude made a room of his house into a club and called it Club Sugar Ray’s with the same sign from Harlem Nights and everything. Dude is balling but is one of the most humble dudes I’ve met. That’s what I think of as far as rich people shyt.

I feel like if a person has a decent to great career/ job but they tend to:

-drive a modest, reliable car (Honda, Subaru, etc.)
-live in a modest home but the home has nice, modern, minimalistic aesthetic
-a focus on travel and is not all over social media with it
-humble, lowkey person
-clothing isn't high priced per se but the fit is immaculate
-fridge has whole foods in it (not the grocery store but foods like whole grains, blended juices, organic supplements, etc.)

As a former financial advisor, I noticed these things among my black clientele.:wow:
@Hazel Brown @Gloxina @Coco Loco take notes he just gave away the game :wow:

2023 they on to us and getting smarter :mjcry:
