Houston/dallas look pretty cheap. Never been though
Philly is cheap.
Miami is cheap imo considering the weather/climate you get a lot of bang for your buck
And anywhere in the middle of the country (minneapolis, columbus, indi, etc) will probably be pretty cheap compared to coastal cities. But again i've never been so can't confirm.

Memphis isn't bad. My girl worked there for a couple years and got a place downtown 1 block off of Beale and right next to fed ex forum for 500 a month. When I went down to visit everything was decent priced too. Only problem was people in the south can't drive if a single snow flake is on the ground.
