I would not move anywhere in the South outside of the major cities (Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Charlotte, Raleigh, etc) 
Most smaller and midsized cities in the souf are cheap for a reason. 
There are no jobs and if you're a black male under 25, your job application for any place that pays one red cent above $7.25 an hour pretty much automatically gets the 
from hatin cacs unless you're in the military or have an advanced degree.
Like i said, Atlanta, Seattle or the DMV.

If its anywhere its going to be Atlanta, Detroit, Cleveland. Housing market and recession made land cheap as fukk in all these cities. Services are cheap, taxes for the most part low and population over 500k.
