Most big cities with a lot of opportunities aren't. But you can live right outside of Seattle for cheaper than a lot of places

Houston/dallas look pretty cheap. Never been though

Philly is cheap.

Miami is cheap imo considering the weather/climate you get a lot of bang for your buck

And anywhere in the middle of the country (minneapolis, columbus, indi, etc) will probably be pretty cheap compared to coastal cities. But again i've never been so can't confirm.

The pay doesn't match.
