High, he has gotten by off the strength of his name. I expect them to go after, Greg Roman or Vic Fangio, or some coordinator off an elite team.

I'd rather we get rid of Haslett and Kyle but that shyt won't happen.
Our team is low on talents and the RG3 trade slowed the rebuilding process a bit. Oline still needs to be rebuilt mainly the interior. Need a MLB that can stay healthy. Need productive Dlinemen. Could use a WR who can catch the fukking ball too.

The cap penalty is what slowed things down. We still found Amerson in the draft along with Jordan Reed so even without a 1st round pick we found talented players.
The defense itself isn't terrible but the defensive schemes (i.e. CBs giving 10 yard cushions) is a problem.

Redskins can also blame losing their cap space to not being able to replenish their talent this offseason and last year. They will have cap room this offseason.
