SOCCER! But it's cold now so I don't get to play as much as I'd like.

Of late it's been alcohol, which I'm trying to rid myself of as this is how habits start.

Writing in my journal has always been good. Allows me to take note of where I currently am today. Also a good way for me to pause.

Music or finding new music.

Praying in probably the most important.

About to get heavily into weight lifting. Leave everything bottled up inside the gym. But what are yall stress relievers
Excellent thread. Thanks for making it. I personally lift weight, smoke weed, and listen to soothing music. I meditate on occasion as well but need to do that more.

Check out one of my favorite podcasts. Its a black doc that talks about health and wellness. I get alot of tips from him.

Getting lost in my work...i work for myself mainly edit videos so when alone in the zone It's relaxing i find solace in solitude.....im a social loner...like a flourish in public/crowds but i love being alone unbothered

Good music

Eating a good meal

Cleaning.....when you clean your dwelling/personal space you function better and have a better attitude plus you have a sense of accomplishment that carries on to other things...

Meditate .....i spend at least a few minutes doing breathing exercises

It's the part of weed that has the medicinal purposes.

It helps with anxiety, pain and a plethora of aliments. You should definitely look in to it. Only thing is it has a small trace of THC in it so there is a chance you can fail a drug test.

Check your local cbd dispensary. There is are plenty in North Carolina , NYC area and most likely there is one where you stay.
It's legal everywhere. It's highly recommended.
