I started making stews....especially fish stews. Baking my meats was becoming really boring, plus the stews add more flavor to your rice and they are really easy and quick to make. I Youtube the recipes and go from there. I made a big pot of Mediterranean fish stew that I have been eating for the past few days.

I can't help you out because I am the opposite of you. I love to eat the same thing every day. Planned out well in advance with all the macros calculated out and anything that can be cooked ahead of time is cooked 4-5 days worth at a time. I just switch up my "menu" every couple of weeks

Makes for easy, stress free meals that you know are healthy and fit your needs. Eating is purely a necessity to me, turning it into a pleasure seeking thing is a quick way to go down the wrong path and start eating like shyt.

When I feel bored with food, I will have a cheat meal. Otherwise, I have no problem with a cold chicken breast and some oats with a scoop of Peanut Butter and cinnamon every day.

so far i got in 110 g of protein today

i had 2 tilapia fillets (40 g) with some leftover brown rice i made yesterday (about 6 g)

i also had a turkey burger (21 g) on a whole wheat bun (6 g) with just one egg omelet on the side (6 G)

after the gym i had a protein shake (25 g) plus a scoop of peanut butter (prob a bit over 7 g)

now im probably gonna just go make some chicken thighs with brown rice again. the chicken thighs are 20 g per serving, which is 4 oz, which aint a lot, so a couple chicken breasts will do justice

Not what you are looking for, here is my current daily menu, I love the ease and simplicity. Don't have my macro's calculated out at the moment, but I have at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight and my fat intake is around 30% of calories, so all macros are within the range I'm shooting for

Breakfast:
1 serving Cheerios mixed with 1 serving All Bran
12 oz. whole milk

Post workout:
2 Pop Tarts
Protein shake made up of 12 oz whole milk, 1 scoop Whey, 1 serving quick oats

Lunch :
1/2 lb chicken breast (pre-cooked weight)
200 calories of brown rice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 pc whole wheat bread with 1 serving of butter

Dinner:
Exact same meal as lunch

Since I shop at the GOAT grocery store Winco and get insane prices on all this stuff (boneless, skinless chicken breast for $2 per pound :whoo:), my total daily cost for these 2800 calories is something stupid small like $6 or $7 depending on sales. I could cut that even lower if I would just quit the whey protein.

I'm 5'11 174lbs

lost 29lbs and put on a good amount of muscle since 3rd week of April doing this:

3.78 liters of water - over the course of the day, usually drink 2 quarts before lunch

Eat a meal every 3 hours, eat Greek Yogurt throughout the day as needed.

Breakfast - 5 eggs piece of cheese - 35g protein
Instant Oatmeal & - 2nd breakfast - 3g protein

Lunch - Fish/ Chicken & Spinach/Kale/Cabbage & Brown Rice - 40g protein
2nd serving of whatever I had for lunch - 40g protein

Dinner - steak/ skinless chicken breast/thigh or lamb & Brown Rice & Spinach/Kale/Cabbage- 40g protein
2nd serving of whatever I had for dinner - 40g protein

Rest of the day: Greek yogurt (1 serving) - 19g protein
Maybe eat a piece of fruit with the yogurt if the yogurt gets boring.

Low carb, low sugar, high protein, no protein shakes ,no supplements & cheap.

what's the reasoning behind the low carb? Sugar is understandable. But carbs are a necessity...

I went carb heavy at the beginning of my diet to put some size on. Now I'm trying to cut weight, so I can see my abs. For whatever reason, I cut weight quicker and better when my carbs are low.
